Vinita Terms and Conditions of Use


Welcome to Vinita’s Terms and Conditions of Use (these “Terms”). This is a contract between you and the Vinita Inc (as defined further below) and we want you to know yours and our rights before you use the Vinita website or application (“Vinita” or the “App”). Please take a few moments to read these Terms before enjoying the App, because once you access, view or use the App, you are going to be legally bound by these Terms (so probably best to read them first!).

Hello. You should read these terms and conditions in full because these terms and conditions apply every time you visit Vinita and use its features. However, just in case you need a reminder of the main points, here's a quick summary:

  1. If you are under 18 then unfortunately, you cannot use Vinita yet as it is a meeting place for adults only.

  2. We are not responsible for anything you upload or say while you are on Vinita and we do not monitor the content of the site, but if we see or someone tells us that you have uploaded something we think is inappropriate then we are allowed at our discretion to delete it.

  3. If you upload any content that actually belongs to someone else and they get annoyed (or even contact their lawyer), we don't get involved. You are responsible for what you upload.

  4. Please refer to our Community Guidelines and Safety Tips for additional Dos and Don'ts, and information to stay safe.

  5. If you are concerned about how your data is used by Vinita, please visit our Privacy Policy, which explains how we manage your personal data and protect your privacy when you use Vinita. By using Vinita, you agree that we may use the data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Our websites and applications also use cookies or similar technologies which we further communicate to you here. You can set your browser and mobile settings to block cookies and local storage devices, but if you do, you may not be able to access the features that Vinita offers.

1. Legal Agreement


Vinita is a social media website and application designed as a forum for meeting new people, a place to discuss, and share photos, news and information. Vinita is meant to be a fun place to visit and it is important to us (and to you) that it remains a safe and friendly environment so you agree that you will only use Vinita in a manner that is fit for its purpose and in accordance with these terms and conditions, and the Vinita Community Guidelines and Safety Tips (“Terms”). When we mention Vinita, we mean www.Vinita.com, along with affiliated websites and apps.

2. Use of applications and sites and rules relating to Content

Who can use Vinita?

Vinita is a meeting place for adults. You may only use Vinita, including any of its features, or become a registered member if you are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your country of residence if over 18).

You warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into and be bound by the Terms and that by using Vinita you will not violate the laws or regulations of the country in which you reside. You are solely responsible for your compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.

What types of content can I upload or upload on Vinita?

You can upload or upload all kinds of things on Vinita’s, including photos, emails, messages and other content (“Content”).

However, there are some rules about what is acceptable, so when you use Vinita, you may not upload, post or upload any Content that:

  1. Contains abusive language or language that could be considered offensive or is likely to harass, annoy, embarrass, offend or irritate another person;

  2. Obscene, pornographic or other forms that may offend human dignity;

  3. Abusive, insulting or threatening, or that promotes, depicts or encourages violence, self-harm, suicide, racism, sexism, hatred or bigotry;

  4. Encourage any illegal activity including, but not limited to, terrorism, inciting racial hatred or participation which in itself constitutes a crime;

  5. Contains spyware, adware, viruses, corrupt files, worm programs, or other malicious code designed to interfere with, damage, or limit the functionality of or interfere with any software, hardware, telecommunications, network, server or other equipment, Trojan horse, or any other material designed to damage, interfere with, obstruct or expropriate any personal data or data whether from Vinita or otherwise;

  6. Indicate to another person if the Content was created or distributed without that person's knowledge, and without that person being given the opportunity to object to such creation or distribution.


3. Content Ownership

After I upload Content on Vinita, do I still have it?


Yes (provided you are the rightful owner in the first place - please see our other rules on uploading Content that is not yours).

Please note that by posting, uploading or posting Content on Vinita, you represent and warrant to us that:

  1. You are the exclusive creator or owner of such Content and in all cases you agree that you waive any and all moral rights relating to such Content (including, without limitation, the right to be identified as the creator);

  2. You have been granted a license that permits you to use, load, or upload Content; or

  3. You have obtained the appropriate consent or authority to use, load or upload such Content.


4. Paid Service

What can I buy on Vinita?

Vinita provides you with the convenience of purchasing subscriptions and in-app features directly through the App Store for iOS users and the Google Play Store for Android users. Our range of Vinita Plus services offers you enhanced opportunities to connect with more people, personalize your profile, and increase your profile's visibility. In addition, you can enjoy various engaging games available within the app. To access these premium features, simply register on Vinita and navigate to the purchase section in the app, where you can subscribe to Vinita Plus services or buy in-app items. These purchases can be made for various durations and are conveniently billed through your App Store or Google Play Store account.


How do I renew my Vinita Plus service with Vinita?

Once you request Vinita Plus services, you allow Vinita to charge your chosen payment method. If you wish to cancel or change your payment method at any time, you can do so through the payment settings options under your profile or by contacting your mobile service provider. If your preferred payment method is through your mobile service provider, feel free to ask them about their payment terms, as their payment terms will govern how payments to Vinita are made and how those payments can be changed or cancelled. Your subscription to Vinita Plus service will automatically renew until you decide to cancel, and if you have activated the Auto-Recharge feature,


Can I transfer my paid services to another Vinita user?

If you choose to participate in any of the games, Vinita Plus features, or services designed to improve your Vinita user experience, you agree to use these services for yourself and not to transfer (for free or as a sale) to or purchase, or sell the service from other Vinita users. Vinita reserves the right not to receive any paid services where you have tried to transfer the service to another use or you have tried to purchase the service from another user. Vinita will only provide you with a paid service if you are the one receiving it.


Will my credit last forever?

No. We reserve the right to terminate any unused credit that expires 6 months (unless the credit was purchased through iTunes). If you delete your account or if your account is closed by us due to a violation of these Terms, you will lose all accumulated credits. If you receive a free credit or promotion, we may invalidate it at any time. Credits cannot be exchanged for money or value of any kind from us unless we agree otherwise in writing.


5. Access to apps and sites

Do you guarantee that Vinita will be up and running at all times?

Unfortunately we can't guarantee that because sometimes we have to perform maintenance on apps or sites or they may be affected by errors or circumstances beyond our control, so Vinita is provided on an “as is” “as available” basis. No warranty is given about the quality, accuracy, functionality, availability or performance of Vinita and we reserve the right to suspend, withdraw, change, modify or vary the services provided on Vinita without notice and without incurring any liability to you.


What about mobile access?

You are responsible for making all necessary arrangements to ensure you can access Vinita (including, but not limited to internet provider and mobile internet provider fees and, other fees associated with such access). We are not responsible for any decline in functionality that you may experience as a result of or in connection with accessing Vinita via mobile services or similar services as currently known or developed in the future.


6. Privacy Policy

Do you have guidelines on what you can do with my personal data?

We process information in accordance with our Privacy Policy which is incorporated in these Terms and Conditions of Use. Please read the terms of our Privacy Policy before using Vinita. By using Vinita, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data you provide is true, precise and accurate..

7. Data Deletion Request Process

At Vinita, we understand the importance of your privacy and the right to control your personal data. If at any point you decide that you would like to discontinue using our service and wish to have your account and associated data deleted, we provide a straightforward way for you to do so.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request the deletion of your account and data, please follow these steps:

If you are unable to access your account, you may request account deletion by contacting us directly at tech@vinita.io with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Please provide your account username or the email address used to register the account in your request.

What Happens After You Request Account Deletion

Upon receiving your deletion request, we will verify your identity for security purposes and proceed with the following steps:

  • We will send you a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your account deletion request.

  • Your account will be deactivated, and you will be logged out of all sessions.

  • All personal data associated with your account will be deleted within 3 days, except for any data we are required to retain due to legal obligations.

Please note that once your account is deleted, you will no longer have access to our services, and this action cannot be reversed.

Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide services to our users, or for other essential purposes such as complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our policies. If data must be retained for legal reasons, it will be isolated from further processing and used only for the required purpose.
Changes to the Data Deletion Process

We may update the data deletion process from time to time. If we make any changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of this policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our homepage or sending you a notification).

8. Others

What about all the standard clauses you see at the end of most contracts? That clause is the best!


Since you have asked so politely…

The Terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. In the event of any discrepancy between this English version and any translated copy of the Website Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

We reserve the right to modify, amend or amend the Terms at any time (“ Changes ”). If we do, the Changes will be uploaded on this page and we will indicate the effective date of the update at the bottom of the Terms. In certain circumstances, we may email you to notify you of any Changes. You should regularly check this page for any Changes.

If you do not accept the Change of Terms, you must stop using Vinita immediately. If you continue to use Vinita after the Change, you accept the Change and you will be legally bound by the new updated Terms.

If, for any reason, a Provision is declared invalid, invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, then to the extent that such provision is invalid, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and removed from the Terms, and the remaining provisions will remain in force, remain in full force and continue to be binding and enforceable
